Charming renovated bungalow steps from the Santa Barbara Bowl
Charming renovated furnished bungalow centrally located in downtown Santa Barbara. My home has been newly renovated and features vaulted ceilings in the living room, white oak floors throughout the house. A new kitchen with all new appliances and a bar counter with seating. 2 bedrooms including a Queen size bed and French doors to the deck with seating. The private spacious patio is located from the stairs of the deck.
The space
The bungalow is located down the street from the Santa Barbara Bowl. In walking distance to many yummy restaurants,
and downtown State Street for coffee, food , shopping and exploring. The beaches are located 1.5 miles down the hill.
Parking in driveway and off street parking is available.

Wi-fi, cable TV in living room and master bedroom, Nest thermostat, washer and dryer, deck, patio, propane bbq.
