Thank you so much for the kind review Melissa, we appreciate you coming to visit Caravan Outpost. Our window fee is actually not designed to be a fee. The intent is to have guest grab us before they try to open the windows, so that we can show them how the very peculiar opening mechanism of an airstream works. We have communicated Directly to airstream many times that their windows are incredibly complicated to open. The warning signs on the windows are strong, because we want to help you and make sure that no one ever has a window break. We also appreciate your feedback on the pet fees. We have only raised pet fees one time in 10 years and we do our best to keep them down. It does take our cleaning staff extra time to make sure that between pet loving visitors, we offer a clean caravan to each of our guest. We love dogs, and as dog owners always wince a little bit when we have to pay pet fees while traveling too. Come see us again soon. And thank you again for your comments.

Thanks for the review Michael, as we stated in several emails, calls and texts to you - we cannot cancel a reservation you make with Expedia. You have to cancel and manage your reservation directly with Expedia, when you book through them. It's worth noting here that you did not stay at the Outpost - and therefore would only be able to rate our service. Our records indicate that our staff was working with you and Expedia until 10pm at night to make sure you were refunded by Expedia. Our records also indicate that you were sent screenshots and payment details, in order to clarify to you that when you book through Expedia, you have to cancel through Expedia. Thanks for your feedback - we are sorry to hear your stay wasn't 5 out of 5. In general, we learn so much from our guests and alway appreciate to know where/how we can improve the guest experience. We have not heard any of these issues prior to your stay, so will definitely regroup and improve on these things! Dogs aren't allowed in the Tiny House. Thanks again!
