"Had an awesome relaxing stay here! Room was incredibly clean as well as the property itself! Staff was very attentive and fulfilled any needs I requested as far as extra pillows/towels/ toilet paper that was needed to make my stay more enjoyable! The only things I would say bad are things that are out of their control but if it’s a dealbreaker for you - no hot tub at the pool - freeway noise - and if you get the room right next to the office like we did and it’s downstairs you hear a lot of the staff constantly open and close their door as well as the upstairs room noise. Other than that I can’t complain! We will definitely stay here again just tweak it a little bit differently by getting an upstairs unit on the backs side closer to the comfortable smoking area (major plus for smokers! )"

"Honestly wasn't bad. I was a little worried seeing the other reviews on here and yes it is a cheaper hotel so expect some scuff, but really for the price it was what I needed in a pinch. The beds were clean and bedbug free (I checked both mattresses and didn't see any sign of any). The bathroom was just fine, it did look a little old but think of it like an older apartment that's not been updated in a while. Everything else was fine. There was maintenance happening on one of the side doors but I was able to go in and out during the day time and they locked it up during the evening (probably for security). Otherwise the staff were really nice, I had no problems and had a comfortable stay while I was there for two days before moving to another hotel with friends closer to the Anaheim Convention center. I'd bunk here again if I was in the area and needed to be closer to the John Wayne Airport!"

"Plenty of parking, place was clean, vouchers for breakfast and is buffet line served to you by staff. Was nice but could take a little longer than youd want if youre used to grabbing your own stuff"

"Bed was comfortable, room blocked out noise from construction and airliners passing over every 10 minutes. Bathroom door would not close all the way, shower door slides open, toilet lid does not stay up for men using. Jacuzzi was not working and the hotel ice machines broken down for one day. Pool and Jacuzzi were very clean, pool towels quite small."

"They only clean the room once every 7 days( when you check in and ok every box on agreement, you don't realize it's in there), so you have to ask for clean towels additional coffee for the room etc. The mattress was ridiculously soft, so no support and both had sore backs)"

"The lobby was beautiful but as soon as you get past that it is run down. Once in the room things did not look like they were kept up on and the floors were so uneven. Would not stay there again."
