The host told us the Wi-Fi was private, but it was clearly shared and connected to a Ring surveillance camera, which was never disclosed in the listing — a direct violation of VRBO’s policies on guest privacy and transparency. When we brought this up respectfully, the response we received was unprofessional, defensive, and frankly hostile. We were called paranoid and accused of being suspicious for simply asking questions.The unit itself was decent, but the experience made us feel unsafe, disrespected, and misled. We were refunded only for the nights we didn’t stay — which does not make up for the stress, time, and policy violations we endured.I would not recommend this property unless you’re comfortable with a lack of disclosure and hosts who attack rather than address valid concerns. ##### Valentin L.
