This newly built 3-bedroom, 2-bath guest house (ADU) is a separate living unit designed for comfort, style, and convenience. The interior living space is fully private and dedicated to guests. Inside the guest house, you’ll enjoy: • Open-concept living room with oversized RH leather sectional (pull-out bed) • 83” LG Gallery Smart TV • Gourmet kitchen with custom marble island, quartz countertops, and premium stainless-steel appliances • Spa-inspired bathrooms with rainfall showers and marble finishes • Plush memory-foam mattresses, quality linens, and Smart TVs in each bedroom This space is ideal for families, couples, or business travelers looking for a peaceful and stylish stay. ⸻ PROPERTY LAYOUT & SHARED SPACES (IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ) Please note that this is a shared property. • The homeowner lives in the main house at the front of the property • The guest house (ADU) is located to the right, toward the back of the property • The guest house has its own private entrance and interior living space Certain outdoor areas on the property are shared areas, including: • Walkway and hallway • Swimming pool • Patio • Fruit garden Guests may use shared outdoor areas if they wish, but these areas are not for exclusive guest use.
