Come visit our beautiful pool home, which is perfectly set up for 4+ families. Our home is designed with modern decor and has been renovated inside out. The main floor features three Cal-king master bedrooms with en-suites and two children's bedrooms. Upstairs in the loft, there is a queen-size bedroom with an en-suite. The two children's bedrooms have full-over-full bunk beds and a shared hallway bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a 47-inch LCD TV. The bathrooms have been beautifully upgraded with marble countertops, hardware, and custom-tiled showers. The hall bathroom has a separate shower and bathtub. The house is furnished with hardwood floors throughout. The open-concept main living room is spacious and welcoming. The kitchen is beautifully upgraded with stainless steel appliances, including a stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher. The custom dining room table has ample seating, and the kitchen island has additional seating. The main living room features a 60-inch TV with a DVD player, and Hi-Speed Wireless Internet is included. A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located right off the kitchen, and there is a second living room with queen sleeper beds on both sectionals. The game room is in the basement, with ping pong and a foosball table. Strollers, high chairs, and booster seats are available for infants and toddlers. The home is equipped with central air and heat; a queen air mattress is provided with additional bedding. The bedding in our home is from Pottery Barn or of equivalent quality. Relax in our sparkling pool with Jacuzzi in the rear yard. We monitor and control the temperature remotely from our office to ensure it will be on and at the right temperature when you arrive. Enjoy our outdoor seating and natural gas BBQ Grill. The home is conveniently located 6-7 miles from Disneyland and about 6-7 miles from the Anaheim Convention Center. This house SLEEPS 20 in Beds, and the MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is 20 AT ANY TIME (this number is the combined total of overnight guests plus day visitors). Maximum Vehicles 3\. No RVs, Trailers, or Commercial Vehicles. No Outside Music of Any Kind No Outside noise between 10 pm and 9 am per city code. You must be inside during this time. We loved the large dining room, 2 large living areas, the pool, the ample outdoor seating, nice linens in the bedroom and a great app that had everything you needed to be aware of. The design of the home ensures there is a lot of privacy for each bedroom. We especially liked the neighborhood. Plenty of room for everyone. About a 10 minute, easy drive to Disney. Perfect home for a large family. Alarm on the back door was so helpful. Everyone enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The pool and hot tub were the biggest hit with the family, also the large kitchen table provided hours of family time eating and playing games. We had a great time. The house was a perfect fit for our family of 12\. The basement play area is convenient, cool, and the foos ball especially fun. We did need to replace the ping pong net and paddles as they were broken. That’s the only reason I am giving a four star. The pool and spa are amazing!!! The kids played from morning till night. Very nice to have ensuites in most of the bedrooms. We did have a hiccup with the alarm on the sliding door on a Saturday evening however they had it repaired promptly on Sunday morning. It was comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was nice to have so many bathrooms and spaces to spread out. The pool was lovely. There were some maintenance issues (doors that got stuck closed, spa jets not working, a/c vent that leaked onto a top bunk, a broken iron). Jeff, the maintenance person, was easy to reach and very communicative. Before realizing the spa jets were broken, I had asked the property manager how to operate them. I didn't get the help (or responsiveness) I hoped for. I'd recommend this property management company do regular checks on their property to keep it in tip top condition. While I appreciate Jeff's responsiveness and communication, due to factors out of his control most of the issues didn't get resolved until the final day of our stay and impacted our experience. ##### Lorraine E. The pool and hot tub was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and close to a lot of things. Cons The jets did not come on in the hot tub and the waterfall in the pool area never came on. The waterfall in the hot tub ran a lot. We did not like that we could not sit out in the backyard after being out all day and unwind and enjoy the hot tub at night. We could not sit out on the patio and have a cup of coffee before 9 AM. We could not have any music outside even when it was within the noise ordinace hours. We could not enjoy the game room after 10 PM. The lawncare workers were there before 8 AM with loud blowers and woke everyone up. The neighbor dogs barked when we were in the hot tub. They barked early morning and late night. We paid a cleaning fee but were asked to pull the trash to the curb, load the dishwasher and start it, wash all beach towels and fold and put them away, and start a load of towels washing before we left the morning of departure. There were several cosmetic items that need to be taken care of. I sent a video of everything when we arrived and when we left because of all the strict rules and excessive associated fines posted throughtout the house. There were so many strict rules that we spent a lot of time trying to make sure everything was perfect and couldn't just relax and enjoy the home. They loved the pool and spa, and having an open kitchen with a huge dining table allowed everyone to eat together. The property managers were quick to communicate and answered any questions we had immediately. The internet was a bit slow, and some of the bedsheets had a weird smell to them - but we had access to a washer and dryer to fix that. The only other complaints we had were due to the city's strict laws and are out of the property management's control - no visitors, no stopping/parking on the sidewalk, no more than 4 cars. Overall, my family enjoyed their stay and would rebook this property if they ever come back to California. ##### Jen N.
