LOCKING UP: Please lock all exterior doors: backyard bedroom, game room, kitchen side door, and the front door. Please leave the blue driveway gate closed upon leaving the property.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Please keep noise levels down after 10pm out of respect for our neighbors -- especially on weekdays.

No outside guests are allowed. All guests must be registered in your booking. No parties. No smoking inside the house. No drugs of any kind. No pets.

We would definitely stay here again. The house was clean and there was plenty of room for the family. The backyard was very peaceful and we enjoyed sitting out there. There is a lemon tree with very tasty lemons. We enjoyed seeing and hearing all the kids in the neighborhood outside playing and having fun. It was also very quiet too. I would recommend staying here!! The homeowner was very friendly, attentive and would respond right away when we had questions which was refreshing not have to wait for a day or two to get an answer. Excellent!
