"Friendly staff and clean room."

"I booked here because it was a nicer motel 6. However, when I checked it they said we would have housekeeping every other day. I stayed Friday thru tues and not once did anyone come in to clean or change towels or anything. We were there for Disneyland so we took lots of showers and came back to rest. The day we needed towels their washing machine broke and was out out of towels. Very dissatisfied "

"I stayed here recently and I was not pleased with my experience especially spending $600+ here. One, we never got house keeping to come by to clean our room for the 4 nights we were there. The do not disturb sign was not on our door. The bathroom had some water mold in the corners, as well as a dirty bathroom floor. The bed exposed the mattress topper that had yellow stains on it. Some of the towels had stains on it. The complimentary wifi was not working even when signing into my Hilton account. The only upside of the stay was the breakfast but outside of that I probably would’ve found another place to stay at. "

"Our group of 15 had a great stay at this hotel. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Our groups reservations were separate but they were able to put our rooms very close to one another as requested. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Location was great, super close to stores and about a 15-20 min walk to Disney or a quick uber. Would stay again:) "

"Nice room. It’s literally across the street from the park and there’s a great convenience store sharing the property so if you need water, beer, or a late night Ramen or any snack it’s perfect. "
