"This property is not staffed, and we did not feel safe or comfortable staying here overnight. While the location is convenient for access to the train station, the building itself is poorly maintained and felt unsafe. There were groups of people constantly congregating around the entrance, which made the environment uncomfortable. Given the location and atmosphere, we strongly feel the property should have on-site staff or security to provide guests with a greater sense of safety. Additionally, the automatic door code frequently did not work, and since there is no staff on-site, there was no immediate assistance available when issues arose. The walls were extremely thin, and the room condition was disappointing. We could clearly hear other guests through the walls and doors, as well as constant noise from the street throughout the entire night. Although the rooms appear stylish in the photographs, in reality the walls were heavily scuffed and gave the impression that the property was not clean or well maintained. The only positive aspect of this stay was the convenient location. Also, the booking stated that bottled water would be provided only on the first day. We received water on the first day, but none was provided on the second day."
