"We had a wonderful stay at the Brij Rama Palace, the staff were friendly, accommodating and always welcoming. This rustic boutique hotel lends to the history of Banaras and it is an experience to be right on the Ghats and take part in all of the prayers. A big shoutout to Kushi for looking into all our requests. Highly recommend this place for the hospitality and the location. "

"At this price i found it ok. Don't go with high expectations in terms of facilities such as basic amenities, because it looks more house than a hotel. Overall cleaning is good and most important it is very near to Assi Ghat. "

"This is not hotel. Seems like a Airbnb. Very disappointed abot the services. I never stayed this kind of hotel my life. No restaurant, pool or Gym, but saying 4 Star. It is a house converted 8 room hotel. Don't be a stupid that everything pictures saying as a perfect. I don't know why website saying Four Star. Only one person take caring the hotel and one person helping. The perso on help desk very nice person, he is doing everything by himself I would never recommend as 2 star. Very disappointed. Bathroom and bedroom very smells. Hard to sleep on the bed."

"The bathroom had a smell to it, even when I spayed it multiple times. The smell stayed. I didn’t want to use the bathroom because of that. The area around the guest house was convenient, 15 min walk to Assi Ghat. A bunch of 3 wheelers around. List of tea stall. The room was okay. The bathroom not so much. "
