Modern, spacious and bright holiday home for 6 people, perfect both in summer and winter. It has a private pool, barbecue, Wi-Fi and reversible air conditioning in all rooms. In summer, enjoy the garden with several lounging areas, poolside bar and sun loungers. In winter, relax in the cozy and bright living room with direct access to the outside. Ground floor: kitchenette, living-dining room and \[hidden\] complimentary. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with double bed (200 cm), a second bedroom with two single beds (90 cm) and a third with bunk bed (2 x 90 cm), bathroom with shower and a terrace of 20 m2 overlooking the pool. Outside, you will find a large garden area with furniture, perfect for spending time outdoors, whether enjoying a barbecue or relaxing in the sun. It has parking on the plot for 2 vehicles. Located in a quiet area but close to the beach and local services. Enjoy an unforgettable holiday at any time of the year! Groups of children under 25 are not allowed. Pets are welcome.
