The Rosella room is named after the lamp above the bed. It has a 22 m² bedroom and a 7.5 m² private bathroom with a double washbasin. It offers balcony access and courtyard views, a 135 cm double bed, a 90 cm single bed and a desk area for work.

A large living/dining room with a FIREPLACE, sofas, TV and a large table: perfect for relaxing, watching TV and socialising with other guests. There is also a separate dining room next door. The kitchen has an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a full range of utensils.



The outdoor area is a true oasis, with a saltwater POOL, sun loungers, a porch, barbecue, a large table with a stone bench, several wooden tables and a garden ideal for relaxing, working and enjoying the outdoors.

"SOMNI COMPARTIT" is a country house tastefully and carefully restored, preserving original features such as stone walls and wooden beams, with decor blending tradition and comfort. Its 6 very spacious bedrooms each have an en-suite bathroom, ensuring guests' privacy and comfort.
