Villa Marina Way by Villa Plus

Villa Marina Way has a fabulous position right next to Biniancolla waterfront. Although a car is essential, there are a couple of excellent restaurants by the water meaning you won't have to rely on your hire car every day. This 3 bedroom villa is light and airy with a spacious pool terrace and shaded dining area. WiFi, pool heating and air conditioning/heating in the bedrooms and lounge is included.

Biniancolla is a charming and quaint fishing village on the outskirts of Punta Prima, lined with traditional whitewashed cottages with wooden fishing boats gathered in the small bay. The village has a selection of restaurants and a small rocky bay, but the larger beach and a choice of shops and places to eat can be found at Punta Prima, a few minutes away by car or a leisurely 20 minute walk along the coast. On the other side of the village is Binibeca, which has a plethora of bars and cafes down its' cobbled lanes, around 10 minutes away by car.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
