"Biniyaya" is a perfect villa for all those who value the authentic and traditional, but at the same time want maximum comfort and modern, bright spaces. It is a very well-maintained villa, with carefully selected and unique equipment and decor. The layout of the house makes it easy for everyone to gather in the wonderful dining room, on the terrace or in the beautiful porch, and at the same time ensures that each person's privacy is maximized, since the 4 bedrooms are located at the four corners of the dining room, each with its own bathroom.   
  
Not only is there air conditioning in all bedrooms, but also in the beautiful living/dining room. In the bedrooms, there are also ceiling fans for those who prefer them. Here, details are taken care of.   
  
All surfaces, furniture, and decoration are of the highest quality.   
  
Cap den Font / Binisafua as a location is a great choice for those who want to spend their family vacation off the beaten path. A beautiful small residential development with the most stunning villas, near some small beaches that are the delight of those who know the secret corners of Menorca.   
  
There are two restaurants in Binisafua Playa, "Txoco" and the pizzeria "Opera Binisafua". Sant Lluis is about 7 km away and Mahón with its wide offer in gastronomy, commerce, and culture is about 13 km away.
