However, we’d really appreciate it if you’re mindful and keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Parties are absolutely forbidden during the whole stay. Binibeca is a perfect area in every way. Although it is a tourist area, it is also calm and peaceful. Perfect for the tourism in family or with friends, in her you will find all the facilities to be able to enjoy a wonderful vacation. You can visit the charming fishing village to take some beautiful pictures. We found the walk fine for the beach and cala toret, but anything further like the fishermans village was easier on the bus. The villa felt very spacious and a nice outdoor relaxing area great to have a good smart tv. The only thing we advised them to review was the air conditioning in the main bedroom and living room which were not as effective as the other rooms. Would definitelty go back again. ##### Mark D. Everything appeared as listed, apart from the following: 1\. Significant amount of tiles missing from bottom of pool, which was unsightly and disappointing 😞 2\. Bed pillows of very poor quality, and additional pillows not able to be provided, despite requesting. 3\. Fans requested, but also not available. 4\. Dishwasher broken, but replacement offered straight away. Only 4 of us staying, so we opted to just hand wash dishes for our stay. Great, very spacious, accommodation. Would highly recommend for a large family. Any problems were dealt with very promptly by the 3Villa's team. Binibeca is a very beautiful, but quiet resort.
