Walking to great beaches, restaurants, very quiet. Streets are tight but parking space was easy to get into. We were three people and it was more than enough room. This is a more rustic side away from the more developed part of Binibeca Nou, but we loved that. Spacious for us four (a bedroom each). Fabulous aircon in the bedrooms once we worked it out! Very helpful agent. Lovely clean pool. Quiet area. Excellent Thai restaurant within walking distance. Also close to Binibeca Vell for a visit. Recommend a hire car, and a trip to Fornells and Ciutadella. Great food and beach at Punta Prima too 😎 Not within the owner’s control, but be aware that the flightpath to the airport is sometimes overhead by day. The hosts were also very responsive to any queries we had. The location is very private and a short walk to great swimming spots and all the restaurants and amenities of Binibeca. It would be very helpful to have a large bottle of water available on arrival, given the tap water is undrinkable and it’s not always possible to get to a store immediately. The house is well maintained and just steps to the ocean. Great pool and beautiful terrace to relax. Great water pressure and good hot water.
