RACÓ BLAU, individual villa with pool, 3 minutes walk to various coves
- Detached house in a very quiet residential area, all on one floor.
3 double bedrooms (one with double bed and another 2 with 2 single beds each), 2 bathrooms, one en suite with shower and bidet.
Separate kitchen with hob, oven, fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, sandwich maker ...
The laundry room has an iron, washing machine and sink, with space to place pool towels and with access to it directly.
Large dining room of 40m2, with fireplace, stereo, sloping high ceiling and wooden beams, has 2 sofas, one of them is a sofa bed.
8x4m pool, fenced for child safety. Outdoor shower. Barbecue work. 32m2 rooftop solarium. Outdoor parking for 3 cars. Several terraces. Doghouse Air conditioning in the 3 rooms. Spacious and very comfortable chalet. In front of the house has a protected natural space. Recommended to have a car.
