Binissafua beach is a 5-minute walk from the house and Binibeca is a 5-minute drive away. The towns of Sant Lluís or Sant Climent are an 8-minute drive away. Exterior: The garden has grass up to the rocks overlooking the sea, where it is possible to access the crystal-clear waters via some stairs. There are two spacious covered terraces, with a sofa, chairs and table for eating or relaxing. From these, one can enjoy wonderful views of the open sea. Interior: The house has been decorated with taste and comfortable furniture. All rooms are distributed on one floor.
