Description:  
 This beautiful summer house is located a few meters from the beach of Punta Prima. It is exactly located on the second line of the sea. It has all the comforts to spend a magnificent vacation: private pool, sunbathing terrace, barbecue, Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Also a few meters away is the promenade and the beach! Everything at your fingertips!  
 Surroundings:  
 In Punta Prima you will find everything you need to spend a first class vacation.A few meters from the house is the promenade where there are supermarkets, pharmacy, shops and restaurants. oh! And the beautiful beach of Punta Prima to sunbathe, take a bath or take the opportunity to do some water sports, such as kayaking to the island of the air and see the famous black sargantanas of Menorca!
