Apart from the bed that wasn’t soft. The apartment was really good. We got I amazing apartment in front of swimming pool and amazing sea view. A really relaxing place. They have many activities. I love it. The days we stay it was possible to see beautiful sunrise and sunset

There is no reception to the property at the site. It is a 5 min walk away from the property with a different name. This is a cheaper sub rental place of Hyatt group. Lot of the photos are from Hyatt hotel. No instructions on check in about where to go for check in. I was walking around the units to see the reception. No signs or anything to help you. Finally the locals helped me with it. The unit is ok. Was booked for 2 adults and 2 kids. Got one queen size bed amd no other bed. End up sleeping of sofa (not sofa bed, a proper sofa!)

Los apartamentos están bien ubicados, lugar tranquilo y bonitas vistas. Lo peor no tiene aire acondicionado, con las altas temperaturas, sería indispensable. Tiene una ventiladores en el techo que hace que no te ahogues. Por ese motivo no volvería

Cuidado con tasas turísticas-Solo mayores de 16

Para hacer el check-in un mareo.No lo haces en el lugar donde están los apartamentos tienes que ir a otro hotel que hay tres calles de distancia,pero en el momento de la reserva no hacen ninguna mención.Cuando nos van a dar las llaves nos dicen que hay que pagar las tasas turísticas, ningún problema,y a la hora de pasar la tarjeta, una vez que ya se ha confirmado el pago,la chica apaga el datáfono con lo que nos va obliga a volver a pasarlo, en consecuencia pagamos dos veces y tuve que enseñarle mi cuenta bancaria, aun así nos enseñaba su ordenador diciendo que solo había un pago, tuve que llamar a mi banco y me explicaron que lo que contaba era el datáfono, así se lo transmití y finalmente me devolvieron el segundo pago(después de perder 1 hora) Ademas nos cobraron tasas de mi hijo que tiene 14 años, porque por política del hotel los mayores de 12 los consideran adultos, con lo que nos obligaban a pagar las tasas. Tuvimos que ir otra vez a la mañana siguiente, para hablar con la encargada y que nos devolviera su parte, ya que solo tienen que pagar tasas los mayores de 16 años. (Con lo que quién no reclama el hotel se queda el importe de esas tasas). En general el apartamento bastante bien... Está reformado y es muy amplio (tal y como se ve en las fotos). Solo vienen a limpiar cada 4 días. Pero vimos a la chica de la limpieza (muy simpática) y nos dió toallas limpias. La socorrista muy bien también, nos aconsejo sitios para ir. En general estuvimos muy cómodos.

No me gustó que no hay aire acondicionado en los apartamentos,solo ventiladores y la limpieza de apartamento cada 3 días deja mucho que desea. las toallas por lo menos hay que cambiar más as menudo Y después la recepción hay que ir a otro lugar de donde están los apartamentos para hacer el check in Pero bueno a sido una experiencia buena dentro de todo

Implanté dans une petite station balnéaire, les appartements Blue Room Vista Faro sont très joliment situés, très proche de la mer. (pas de plage) et le site est globalement calme et bien entretenu quoique un peu vieillot. Les logements sont spacieux (grande chambre avec placard - grande pièce à vivre (avec banquette lit) - petite cuisine avec juste ce qu'il faut pour 4 personnes. Salle de bain confort et pratique. Beau balcon Bémol : isolation phonique à revoir entre les appartements et piscine qui n'est pas que réservée aux personnes de la résidence. Dans l'ensemble , un agréable séjour , au "presque" calme. Pas de restauration sur place : mais petit restau El Pirata (bon rapport qualité prix) et boulangerie - supermarché à proximité (- 200 M).

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia . Debajo de las camas , sofás , en 5 días no han barrido . El apartamento tiene sus años y una revisión a ventanas y pintura no estaría de más , pero no ha sido un problema.

Lo malo, es que al no tener ventiladores, había que dejar las ventanas abiertas, y eso lleva a unos cuantos inconvenientes, como tener que escuchar a las siete de la mañana los carros de la limpieza y maletas. Además, si estás en uno de los bajos, no puedes abrir la "persiana" metálica para que entre más aire, porque te ve todo el mundo. Y convendría hacer saber a los huéspedes que no se debe hacer ruido de 00:00 a 08:00, por ejemplo, ya que se oye todo, desde conversaciones acaloradas hasta actos sexuales, por tener las ventanas abiertas... Lo bueno, muy bonito el sitio, las vistas de la piscina y de fácil acceso en coche, y nos gustó mucho que se puedan usar los servicios y actividades del resto de hoteles Port Blue. El personal de los hoteles, piscinas y restaurantes muy agradables, y la limpieza está bien también.

Belle vue mais qualité du logement pas au rdv

Très compliqué pour l’installation car la réception de l’hôtel ne se situe pas à l’adresse ms dans un autre hôtel 4 étoiles à 300 m où personne ne parle un minimum le français. Chambre belle vue ms peinture de plafond qui tombe fenêtre bloquée ouverte et bois des ouvrants refait au mastic. Qualité très faible pour le prix. Pas de plage à proximité comme indiqué juste barrière de rochers. Nous ne reviendrons plus sur ce logement et déplorons le manque d’informations dans l’annonce.

Un hotel muy tranquilo y bueno para aquellos que quieren desconectar. Lo único un poco alejado y una cosa más fue que preguntamos por un sitio de paellas y entre otros nos dijeron Sa Musclera, pero resulta que fuimos ahí y no hacían paellas... pero por lo demás muy bien! Personal muy agradable dispuesto a ayudar y buenos servicios en el hotel. Sin duda para volver!
