Bajé la maleta al coche por comodidad mia y cuando subí de nuevo a la habitación ya la habían hecho y me decían que no podía usarla ( eran las 9,45 de la mañana todavía ) . Pero en general lo peor fue volver al pasado con chapados marrones , grifería antigua no momo mando , televisión obsoleta , etc . No repetiré. The man in the reseption was very friendly and tried to help us as much as he could. But that was the only thing positive with this place. There was no air condition, even though in said that there was. We had to sleep with the window open, and it was right by the main road. The beds were nor comfortable at all. And the room was very dirty. Limpieza justa. Comida medio medio. Agua del grifo. Colchones horribles, me levanté con un dolor de espalda increíble, no pude dormir en toda mi estancia. La sorpresa viene a la hora de irnos y pagar cuando te quieren colar gastos que no has disfrutado como el parking cerrado. También si o si te meten una donación a UNICEF sin consultartelo y cuando les preguntas te dicen que está todo explicado en una carpeta que tienes en la habitación. Pues mi carpeta debe ser mágica porque no había ninguna carpeta en la habitación. Deberían hacer una pequeña inversión en el hotel porque parece un hotel de "Cuéntame". Relación calidad precio pensaba que nos salía bien de precio pero luego descubrí que no. La calefacción es buena.Lo que nos ha gustado es el sistema de griferia y ducha,incomodo para los tiempos que corren y para ajustar la temperatura se derrocha demasiada da agua. Las plazas de aparcamiento son muy angostas pero justo para un turismo y toca hacer varias maniobras para poder aparcar. La comunicación del aparcamiento subterráneo con la Recepción del Hotel es buena. El servicio de comedor es de buena atención. La comida es pésima al mediodía y por la noche,alimentos muy poco cocinados y a veces casi crudo y fríos,las copas de cristal sucias,el vino que te llevan a la mesa ya esta descorchado y da que pensar. De los días que pasamos allá ninguno podemos decir que la comida estuviera de acuerdo con la calificación del Hotel de 3 Estrellas,muy decepcionante. El aspecto exterior esta descuidado. La ducha era un caos, le falta ponerse al dia, la tele era peq. de 14" y de las antiguas de tubo, nada de led ni plana y con mala señal ya que se perdia. El baño muy oscuro, con poca luz y el wc que esta separado en otra habitacion, es un poco claustrofobico y cuando tiras de la cadena por la noche, se oye una bestialidad, te enteras de todos los que estan usando el wc de la zona. Le hace falta ponerse mas a la altura del siglo XXI, esta bastante desfasado. El desayuno aceptable y la cena..., pues el menu dejaba bastante que desear, era mas logico para una comida que no para la cena.
