Villa Sa Caseta den Tronca, with space for six people, is located at the edge of the peaceful village of Sant Joan, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. This two-storey villa features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms and one bedroom with a fan, as well as two bathrooms. This typical Majorcan house also comes equipped with Wi-Fi and a high chair on request. The roof terrace has a pool and sun loungers and the terrace on the ground floor features a covered seating area and barbecue. Shops, restaurants and bars are just a few minutes' walk away and by car you can reach the coast with its sandy beaches in 30 minutes.
