About this accommodation Cleaning and disinfection of the house and outdoor areas will be carried out in accordance with the COVID-19 guidelines for landlords and agencies. The accommodation Finca Can Pep is located in the beautiful, gently rolling area between Sant Joan and Petra. The house with around 100 m2 of living space offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). Of course, there is German satellite TV and WiFi in the house. The open kitchen is fully furnished including a dishwasher. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.Directly in front of the house there is a large, covered terrace with a dining area. There is a brick barbecue area between the huge kidney-shaped pool and the house. The pool has a shallow entry and a large paddling area for children. There are plenty of partially shaded sunbathing areas around the pool. A small holiday oasis in the middle of nature and yet only not far from the town of Sant Joan. The Els Calderers country house and nature museum is also very close by. Here you can experience the original life in earlier times, always worth a visit. The main tenant must be at least 23 years old. The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use.It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events). It is located in de middle of mallorca. Drive to a beach/town was approx 30-45 min. If you like to be away from the tourist it is a great place. It the ad description is said that the house is equipped with airconditioning. That is not true. There are only 4 ventilators, NO AIRCO. During our stay it was very hot,specially when you go to sleep. Nice surprise was the filled fridge at arival and the dishwasher tablets etc. We would not come back to this house because of the lack of airconditioning. Der Kühlschrank war mit Wasser, Bier, Milch, Gemüse,Käse, Wurst und Pizza gefüllt. Dazu gab es noch Brot und Obst. Wunderbar! Alles tiptop sauber auf dem riesigen Anwesen. Es war Ruhe und Erholung pur und eine gute Ausgangslage auf der Insel, da alle Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar waren. Kleiner Wermutstropfen: wollte man doch msl den Tag vorort am Pool verbringen, ging einem das ständige Gequatsche der schwäbischen Auswandererfamilie nebenan doch ziemlich auf die Nerven. Trotz sehr später Stunde, wahr der Empfang an der Finca sehr herzlich. Auch die Betreuung durch die Agentur war zur späten Stunde noch sehr hilfreich und nett. Wir haben einen gefüllten Kühlschrank mit dem erstmal nötigsten vorgefunden. Der Pool war sehr schön und gut nutzbar. Die Finca liegt sehr ländlich, sodass man sehr gut entspannen kann. Der Pool ist der beste Pool, den wir je erlebt haben. Insbesondere für kleinere Kinder und zum Spielen ist er sehr gut, da knapp die Hälfte sehr flach ist und er erst ab der Mitte auf eine Tiefe von 1,65 m abfällt. Was uns gar nicht gefallen hat, waren die mangelhaften Fliegennetze an den Fenstern. Die Finca hat insgesamt 8 Fenster, aber nur vier davon mit Fliegennetzen und davon nur zwei nahezu dicht, weswegen wir vor allem nachts sehr viele Moskitos in den Schlafräumen hatten Ab der zweiten Nacht haben wir die Fenster nachts geschlossen gelassen, was zu einer Backofenhitze in den Zimmern geführt hat. Die Schlafqualität hat dadurch enorm gelitten. Was die Sicherheit angeht: Die Fenster im Wohnraum hatten zwar von innen verschließbare Metallgitter, wegen der dort funktionstüchtigen Fliegennetze konnten wir diese Gitter aber nicht schließen, ohne den Mückenschutz zu beschädigen. Zudem konnte das doppelflügelige Zufahrtstor zum Anwesen zwar abgeschlossen werden, allerdings war es möglich, von außen den Haltestift des zweiten Flügels zu ziehen und das Tor trotz Verriegelung aufzuschieben. Die Küche war zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir hätten uns aber ein Spritzsieb für die Pfannen, einen Wäschekorb und ein Tablett zum Transport von Geschirr und Essen zum Tisch auf der Veranda gefreut. Mit Klimaanlage oder dichten Fliegennetzen würden wir diese Finca gerne wieder buchen. ##### Thomas W. Die Finca ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig gelegen. Der Außenbereich der Finca ist phänomenal und einzigartig angelegt. Wirklich sehr sehr schön. Die Besitzerin ist wirklich sehr herzlich und freundlich - und zu unserer Überraschung war der Kühlschrank bereits gefüllt bei unserer Ankunft mit Leckereien aus der Region. Es gibt zu beachten dass es Nachts recht kalt werden kann auf dieser Finca, aber wir hatten sehr gute Decken und konnten die Nächte daher sehr gut dort verbringen. Wir haben leider den Gasofen nicht angeschaltet bekommen um die eingekaufte Pizza zu machen, egal was wir probiert haben. Doch die Herdplatten haben funktioniert. Wir haben uns daher die Pizza in der Pfanne gemacht. Man hat auf der Finca seine Ruhe und es ist alles sehr sauber drum herum. In jeder Hinsicht ein super Urlaub. Wir wurden herzlichst von den Eigentümern begrüßt. Der Kühlschrank war mit einigen Leckereien bereits gefüllt. Der große Pool, das Grundstück, das Haus: Alles perfekt für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Der Müll und der Pool werden regelmäßig geholt/gereinigt. ( 2 mal die Woche ). Man ist für sich alleine und hat eine erholsame Ruhe. Für mich als Radfahrer ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für tolle Touren. Man möchte am liebsten die ganze Zeit am Haus verbringen, ist aber auch recht zügig an den Stränden im Norden/Osten und Süden. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. ##### Slobodan M. Es erwartete uns ein voller(!) und gut sortierter Kühlschrank, Obst sowie Getränke für die nächsten Tage. Die Finca ist sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet, das zweite Bett aber eher nur für eine Person (Kind) geeignet. Der Pool ist groß (Tiefe 165 cm), es gibt einen Bereich (1/3), welcher für Babies/Kinder geeignet ist. Der Hof ist riesig, die Anlage ist schön bepflanzt. Die Küche ist geschirrmäßig gut und mit einer kleinen Spülmaschine sowie einer sehr kleinen Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet. Die Signalstärke des WLAN ist leider nur auf die Innenräume begrenzt (Router im Schlafzimmer). Morgens und abends machen sich die Tiere in der Umgebung (Hunde, Hähne, Vögel ...) bemerkbar :-) Wir haben uns auf der Finca zu zweit Wohlgefühlt. Leider hatten wir in der direkten Nachbarschaft eine (Finca-) Baustelle, welche unsere wohlverdiente Ruhe getrübt hat (Generator). Nach einem Hinweis hat sich der Eigentümer sofort gekümmert, aber derart Arbeiten kommen leider überall mal vor und können schlecht abgestellt werden. Herzliche Grüße nach Mallorca! ##### Manuela A. Die Vermieter haben uns als Willkommensgeschenk mit Getränken, Essen und einem frischen Obstkorb versorgt. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, außer einer Klimaanlage, was das Herz begehrt. Der Pool ist sehr groß und erfrischend. Wer also eine zentral gelegene Unterkunft sucht, um die Insel zu erkunden, ist hier bestens aufgehoben. ##### Norbert P. Super schöne, ruhig gelegene Finca! Die Einrichtung bietet alles, was man braucht und der Pool ist wunderbar! In der Mittagszeit tummelten sich viele Wespen am Pool, diese waren aber überhaupt nicht aggressiv. Die beiden Orte zwischen denen die Finca liegt, Sant Joan und Petra sind kaum touristisch, was wir sehr angenehm fanden. Dennoch ist es mit dem Mietwagen auch nicht weit zu den Küsten (ca. 20 Minuten). Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in Manacor, was mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen ist. Das Haus ist sehr sauer und sehr gemütlich, der Außenbereich genau so wie auf den Bildern. Der Kühlschrank war von dem netten Besitzerpaar voll ausgestattet, wir konnten direkt die Seele baumeln lassen. Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt, wo man zum Frühstück alles bekommt. Wir fühlten uns in dem Haus absolut sicher, durch das abgeschlossene Haupttor und den sicheren Fensterläden. Der Pool mit seinen Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten war einfach nur schön und entspannend. Bis zum Meer fährt man völlig stressfrei 25 – 30 Minuten. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen. Vielen Dank für alles. ##### Tina Z. Die Besitzer empfangen einen mit viel frischem Obst, Kekse, Wein, Bier und Lebensmittel im Kühlschrank :-)) Das Haus ist merklich mit liebe von Frauen eingerichtet, alles zum leben ist reichlich an den Plätzen wo es gebraucht wird. Der Pool ist klasse, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Duschen sind nach dem Badevergnügen ist am Pool vorhanden. Einziges Manko ist die Länge des Bettes im zweit Raum. Unser Sohn ist über 180cm was das Bett so gerade her gibt. Durch die zentrale Lage auf der Insel sind Ausflüge in alle Richtung unter einer Std. Möglich. Restaurants und Einkauf Möglichkeiten gibt es reichlich und sehr gut in der nähe. Wir würden immer wieder gern hier her zurückkommen. Es war ein extrem entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Die Finca liegt sehr ruhig mit einer tollen Aussicht zwischen Sant Joan (hier gibt es am Ortsausgang eine gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit) und Petra,hier können wir die Lokale auf dem kleinen Platz mit dem Brunnen empfehlen,die Pizzeria ist sehr gut! Wer einen leichten Schlaf hat sollte Ohrenstöpsel mitnehmen,die Hähne krähen doch sehr früh! Auf der Finca gibt es viele Katzen,Hunde,Enten,Schafe,einen Pfau,Kaninchen und Hühner,die Tiere werden regelmäßig durch die Vermieterfamilie versorgt. Das Außengelände ist sehr schön,der Pool lässt keine Wünsche offen. Liegen und Stühle sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Finca ist für 4 Erwachsene recht klein,aber für gute Freunde kein Problem! Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet,die Spülmaschine ist eigentlich für einen Single-Haushalt gedacht. Das W-Lan lief absolut stabil. Für tierliebe Menschen die eine ruhige Finca suchen können wir diese absolut weiterempfehlen. Alleinstehende und schöne Finca in der Nähe von Petra. Die Familie ist supernett und herzlich. Alles super sauber, auch der hauseigene Pool. Zu den Nachbarn sind es jeweils mehrere hundert Meter nach links und rechts. Das kleine Dorf Sant Joan bietet eine Cooperativa on der man das Nötigste bekommt, ein riesiger Supermarkt ist in Manacor.
