The accommodation

Finca Can Pep is located in the beautiful, gently rolling area between Sant Joan and Petra. The house with around 100 m2 of living space offers 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite). Of course, there is German satellite TV and WiFi in the house. The open kitchen is fully furnished including a dishwasher. The finca is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.Directly in front of the house there is a large, covered terrace with a dining area. There is a brick barbecue area between the huge kidney-shaped pool and the house. The pool has a shallow entry and a large paddling area for children. There are plenty of partially shaded sunbathing areas around the pool. A small holiday oasis in the middle of nature and yet only not far from the town of Sant Joan. The Els Calderers country house and nature museum is also very close by. Here you can experience the original life in earlier times, always worth a visit.



The main tenant must be at least 23 years old.

The holiday accommodation booked is intended exclusively for holiday use.It is absolutely forbidden to hold loud parties or other activities that may violate the law or disturb neighbors. Failure to comply with this rule may result in fines for guests ranging from €5,000.00 to €300,000.00 (for professionally organized events).
