Debating between a relaxing beach and pool vacation or a cultural and tourist vacation?
You will be delighted by the two options of this comfortable holiday home offering a breathtaking view, all the comfort necessary to feel at home and strategically located (10 minutes from the beach and 40 minutes from Barcelona-Girona).
Our one-story detached vacation home is the perfect size for a family with children.
It has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people: a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, a second and a third bedroom with two single beds each and a bedroom with a bed.
There are 2 bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower (hairdryer included).
Sheets and towels included.
Free WIFI.
Private fenced saltwater pool (6x3) and garden.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, boiler, blender and coffee maker.
Laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
The living room has a TV with satellite and DVD connection, a fireplace and a spacious dining room which can open onto the garden and become a porch if you prefer to eat outdoors.
Chill-out terrace with hammock also available.
Cleaning costs included in the total price.
Located in a quiet area. Car required.
This villa is the perfect place to enjoy the perfect vacation.
From there, you can choose to spend your vacation days at the beach or in the mountain parks or perhaps get to know some flavors of Spanish culture by visiting historic places (medieval and modernist towns and castles…) and enjoying yourself. from its cuisine strolling in the beautiful cosmopolitan city of Barcelona… or all of these, then relax in your holiday home by the pool.

Séjour en famille

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et Mar nous a très bien accueilli; toujours en quête de nous satisfaire et de répondre à nos questions. Villa idéalement placée dans les terres, pour éviter le monde du bord de mer. A 10 mn de l'autoroute pour rejoindre Barcelone et visiter les environs. Quartier résidentiel, super vue, toutes commodités dans la maison, sauf la climatisation et la Tv. Les enfants, comme les adultes ont beaucoup apprécié la piscine, malgré quelle soit un peu trop ombragée. Merci nous garderons un bon souvenir de notre sejour en famille.
