Basic but clean and friendly

Hotel is basic in terms of amenities and has no elevator but staff is super friendly and the hotel is maintained clean. A decent option for the price but also one of the simplest hotel you can find in Sant An

Good location

-room cleanliness was good, beds made everyday -no lift for hostel guests -staff were very helpful at all times -good location for west end -had a early check out but a late flight so was able to leave luggage and shower etc - very standard room, no air con just a fan -not too noisy

personal perfecto,entorno muy bueno y limpieza perfecta,pero Me dieron una habitación muy antigua,cuando lo que se ve en vuestras fotos no corresponden;El día que salía del hostal la recepcionista me comento que porque puse una mala opinión que algunos clientes la pedían,yo no la pedí en ningún momento,solo pedí cama de matrimonio de las fotos que mostráis en vuestra página y os aseguro que esta no estaba entre ellas,por cual estoy decepcionada.
