Bien équipé et bien anticipé en comparaison d’autres gîtes (sel, poivre, sac poubelle, papier alu, Tupperware, 2 pastilles lave vaisselle et lave linge, protections féminines, sèche cheveux, liquide vaisselle, café). Alain est discret et généreux avec ses hôtes (tomates du jardin). Dommage que le lave vaisselle ait été en panne. Joints de la douche à refaire, prévoir cabine à la place du rideau. Dégivrage du frigo et congélateur fait car beaucoup trop de givre dans le compartiment glaçons. Logement impeccable avec tout le confort nécessaire (comme à la maison, recherché et très appréciable pour nous). Vue splendide de la terrasse. Localisation parfaite pour visiter les environs. Was uns auch sehrgut gefallen hat, ist das abgeschlossene Grundstück und der Parkplatz direkt an der Terasse der Wohnung.Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und ist erst nach der 3.Auffordeung ins Auto gestiegen.Wir kommen gerne nochmal.Vielen Dank ! ##### Schicketanz Y. Der Pool wird von den Mietern einer zweiten Wohnung sowie dem Eigentümer mitbenutzt und liegt direkt vor der Terrasse des Besitzers, der sehr freundlich ist. Perfekt für ein Paar (mit höchstens einem Kind). Alles in allem eine kleine schöne Wohnung. ##### Hauke R. ### 2/10 Terrible #### Frank W. 17 Jul 2019 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication Disliked: Listing accuracy #### Schöne Lage aber derzeit Neubaugebiet mit starkem Baulärm zur Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes Die Objektbilder stellen die Situation vor Ort nicht korrekt dar. Es handelt sich um ein Einfamilienhaus mit zwei Einliegerwohnungen am Hang. Die Appartements liegen direkt nebeneinander mit aus unserer Sicht eingeschränkter Privatsphäre ,da die Bewohner des großen Appartements direkt im Abstand von weniger als 2 Meter an der Terrasse der kleinen Wohnung vorbei müssen . Wir sassen wie auf dem Präsentierteller am Esstisch auf der Terrasse ,die man ja im Sommer nutzen möchte. Unser Appartement T2 war sehr klein und für 4 Personen nicht geeignet ,da im Wohnzimmer nur ein Klappsofa steht das allenfalls für Kleinkinder geeignet ist. Die angegebenen 45 qm kann ich nicht bestätigen ,außer die Terrasse wird anteilig hinzu addiert. Im Haus oben wohnt der Vater der Vermieterin. Der Pool liegt also direkt vor dessen Terrasse und Wohnbereich. Wen dies nicht stört der kann sich dort entspannen und den Pool genießen. Das Haus liegt in einem Neubaugebiet und wir hatten von Montag bis Samstag Baulärm der sehr störend war ,da die Bagger direkt unterhalb des Hauses arbeiteten und zwar teils schon ab 7.30! Neben dem Haus steht ein Rohbau der aktuell fertig gestellt wird .....Uns hat man über dies alles vorab nicht informiert . Wir hätten in Kenntnis dieser Tatsachen und Umstände vor Ort keine Buchung vorgenommen. Daher leider die schlechte Bewertung. Schade ! ##### Frank W.
