"What an amazing place. On arrival we got a welcome drink along with a briefing that explained what was available. Very comfortable and the staff made you feel like family. We gave spoken to persons at Expedia who indicated that the host has to cancel the reservation first. We are still awaiting feedback and a full refund. ..."
