I booked this online not knowing anything about the area and just by the reviews mostly We got there at dusk. Not knowing anything about the area arriving was a little iffy. This place was awesome!!! The staff, the room, the grounds, the area. The staff was awesome even though we didn’t speak their language and they didn’t speak ours. Thank goodness for ITranslate. So kind and helpful We are going to hopefully return and will stay with them again Thanks for such a great stay. Your place was awesome.

Great location, staff and hotel

We had an awesome stay. Baris was really helpful and provided us with all the infos we needed and even organized a driver for us to go to all the sites in the region. The rooms were clean and the AC worked perfectly. The hotel is really nice and well maintained and the location is really convenient.

Beautiful boutique hotel in the old city. Rooms are large and comfortable. Breakfast is ok but could be improved. Location is within easy walking distance of everything to see in the old city. The place was great. The staff was a great help with transportation and finding restaurants. The breakfast was very good. I think traditional Turkish, not western but adequate for us to get going for the day. I would stay here again if I came back.

Historic, large and nice room. Room was warm and clean. Good walking distance to sightseeings, but you cannot reach the hotel by car. The owner was friendly and helpful but I didnt like him sending personal messages to your phone during and after the stay.

We had a great stay at Kaliruha. The room was beautiful and comfortable, and the traditional building almost felt like a tourist attraction by itself. As it is tucked away, it was very quiet, but also right near all of the old town attractions. The breakfast was great, and the manager was really welcoming and helpful.

Good hotel. I requested 1 King Bed and 1 Double Bed when booking but when we arrived they said they had already checked someone else into that room which was disappointing. Otherwise an excellent stay.

Exceptional place to stay

Our stay at Kaliruha was wonderful. The hotel was designed well in converting old stone homes into a charming hotel. The accomodations were comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The AC was more than sufficient to keep the room comfortable despite the high heat outside. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The outside courtyards were great for sitting and chatting in the evening.

A Traditional Experience

We stayed at such a traditional Urfa hotel with a historical soul. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The small gardens with fig, olive, grape and pomegranate trees makes you feel peaceful. The staff was really welcoming and caring. We totally recommend it for your Urfa stay.
