"Nice Hotel in quite location. Off road safe parking for motorcycles. Arrived early and room wasn't ready but told they would make it up next. Owner very accommodating and helpful (as were all staff). Room had balcony and view to rear. Restaurant was closed the night we stayed but a 5 minute walk up the road is a bar and restaurant with good food. Good stopping point if intending to ride the GrossGlockner High Road."

"The room was poorly cleaned on our first day with stained carpets. There was never anyone around at the pool/sauna desk and nobody could explain if the sauna was included or charged so we didn’t use it. Breakfast was reasonable with good choices. "Check in was a very good experience, friendly helpful staff, although it was a bit disappointing that our room wasn’t ready at around 3:45. OK, website says 4… Parking situation was another matter, from a staff and systems perspective this needs some changes. It’s a complicated system and they do not provide a concise set of instructions to take with you or make a snapshot of. Our biggest gripe was the unfriendly, hostile nature of the underground parking lot attendant (tall, thin, in his 50’s) at around 07:00. Rapid speech, arrogance, “our system works perfectly”, and loudness got to the point where I nearly stepped out of the car for a more thorough confrontation which he came very close to earning. My German is good so I understand what was being conveyed. Other than that…no issues."
