Pros: (1) Convenient location. (2) The shared space inside the room is spacious, bright, and well ventilated. The capsule-style bed layout with curtains provides good privacy. Each bed features a large personal storage area, along with a locker that works with the room key card, which is both convenient and secure. (3) Clean bathrooms. (4) Breakfast offers a wide variety of options. (5) An elevator is available, and free luggage storage is provided. Cons: (1) Upon check-in, I noticed spotty and light yellow stains on the bedsheet. After reporting this to the staff, I was given a new sheet. However, when I took the towel provided by the hostel to shower, I also found dark red stains on it, so I ended up using my own towel. In addition, I found plastic trash left on the bed by the previous guest. This gave me the impression that not only were the linens not thoroughly cleaned, but the upper bunk area had also not been properly cleaned. (2) The ladder and handrail design for the upper bunk is not very ergonomic. There is no good point to apply force when climbing up, and the sharp angles make it easy to bump your knees when getting in and out of bed. Guests who are not very agile may want to choose a lower bunk. (3) No self-service laundry facilities. (4) Adding soft padding to the horizontal bars of the bed curtains could help reduce noise. (5) Adding hooks inside the shower stalls or on the shower doors would make it more convenient to hang clothes while showering.

An excellent hotel in the center of very nice stores & choice of excellent restaurants, one block from St Stephen’s Cathedral, and the underground rail system. Beautiful room, excellent staff, with many amenities included in the price, free wine bottle in room, free juices and beer in room refrigerator, free wine & pastries in restaurant from noon till 11:00 pm. Definitely my place to sta again if I visit Vienna again.

This a good location and easy to go the old down town hotel. It has a very good breakfast.
