Sanibel Island Northern Beach

The manager was horrible and completely u accommodating. I have never felt so attacked and the unwillingness of the reservations manager to accept payment or the phone even was a joke. It was a great property but the manager was horrible. My fiance tried paying for our room and was denied. Had all our reservations cancelled to be told the were sold out but in fact we're not. I. Brought my family 24 hours away from home only to be denied service. And totally discriminated against

Stayed 7/1 to 7/9 2026. The room and resort property was very clean, employees were working the grounds everyday. We had a beautiful view from the room and the screened in porch with ceiling fan was amazing. The chair/umbrella rental was actually great, it was nice to have your own room number dedicated spot. You’d have to look up the pricing for sure, but I think it was something like 30 a day, or 140 for your entire stay. Cassie Ybel was beautiful and we would definitely stay again!
