### Charming Pine Chalet - 4 Guests - Near Sanguinet Lake - Cleaning Included

Near Lake Sanguinet, we offer a 62m² chalet that can accommodate up to 4 people. Perfect for a weekend or a week with family or friends.  
You are 650 meters from the Estey port, accessible by our beautiful cycle paths, you can go boating or paddle boarding. You are 3km from the city center with its market and restaurants. You are also 20km from Biscarrosse Plage to try your hand at surfing lessons and 28km from the Pilat dune.  
The chalet has an entrance, a living room with TV corner (no WIFI, weak 4G reception), a fitted and equipped open kitchen (toaster, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc.). Two bedrooms with double beds and storage space. A bathroom with WC. Outside, a terrace with table/chairs and electric barbecue to enjoy your meals and cocktails. An unfenced garden surrounded by pine trees, possibility of parking your vehicle in front of the property. A sunny and relaxing vacation is waiting for you!

#### malgré un emplacement agréable quelques mécontentements quand au logement

Découvert a l'arrivée : Ménage non fait dans la douche (toile araignée), lits en 160cm sur inventaire mais 140cm dans le logement ,pas de couette seulement 2 duvets fins en 120cm (1 pers),inventaire vaisselle -ustensiles erroné, gestion des poubelles différente de ce qui est annoncé, aspirateur sans marque peu puissant poche pleine à l'arrivée et impossibilité d'en retrouver à l'achat
