The property is clean and well appointed and located in a quiet and historically significant neighbourhood. I loved the peaceful atmosphere and the decor is beautiful—very “new Chinese style.” The metro, the pharmacy, and an excellent coffee shop are all within walking distance. The staff and service level are amazing. They speak Mandarin and English, and were available via WeChat at all hours to respond to requests. This was my first experience with a Chinese hotel and I was blown away by all the special little touches, from the welcome tea and snacks and cake, to the delicious breakfast every morning, the laundry service, and the souvenir gift upon checkout. They definitely go the extra mile for guests. I’d recommend Luming to friends and family!
