The property is located in an ideal spot to quickly grab your car to venture off strip. The hotel is smoke free which is great and smoke doesn't waft in from MGM. Pools in Tower 1/2 is more private and chill for Vegas (I prefer lowkey) but you have access to a bar and all the MGM pools if you prefer to be swimming with louder crowds in the lazy river.

Definitely better places to stay for the $$. We were only staying for the one night so it wasn't a big deal, but our room wasn't clean properly and it was loud. You can hear the pipes and plumbing everytime water was used and the heating/ac unit was super loud throughout the night. Stains and holes on the sofa bed.

"We left within 12 minutes. The hotel is scheduled to be closed and should not be open anymore. It’s not sanitary. It smells horrible. The people at the front desk do not have the equipment for a proper check-in. The AC is loud to top it all as we were checking into the room, the fire alarm went off, ..."

The only small negative was the shower head had lime buildup so water flow wasn't the best and the wall air conditioner was loud at times through out the night. ..."
