"The property on the outside was beautiful but inside the rooms needed help. They have a pest infestation and they can’t help you until 7AM. I woke up to water bugs/roaches on the kitchen counter and multiple centipedes on the walls and shower curtains in the bathroom. There was also a large roach on the wall in the bedroom that I had to kill. On top of that different flying insects in the house. I was able to kill some of it. Thank God I was only there for two nights. No refund was offered or no kind of incentive given but an offer to move to another unit when I had less than a day left for my stay. I experienced all of this the first night up until I checked out. They need to fix this issue fast!"

"House was amazing, So close to the beach and the upstairs deck had great views of ocean! Clean and came with everything you would need for a week! "

"Room was very clean. Shower did not have hot water after having maintenance come up to check it out. A little outdated but the room was clean and that’s what matters to me when I’m traveling. The front desk staff was very kind."

"10/10 would recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a fabulous stay in Kitty Hawk/OBX! We LOVED our stay. The cottage had literally everything we needed for our mini-spring break. It was impeccably clean and the decor was so chic! Being just 2 blocks from the beach was amazing!! The owners could not have been nicer. So easy to communicate with. Can’t wait to stay here again!"

"Very homey feel and relaxing. Plenty of space. Yard great fpr dogs. Neighborhood quiet and noce neighbors. Our stay was cold and windy, so we did not use jacuzzi, but would love to return in warmer weather. Loved the screened in back porch. Plenty of parking. "
