"Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. The site claimed there was a communal pool in the amenities but when we get there and see the pool, it was dirty and unavailable to swim in which was the main reason we booked in the first place. Bookings like this remind me that...

When we checked in the so called kitchen floor was wet The property does not have 5 bedrooms, the property does not have a full kitchen, there is no stove, there is no game room just a broken air hockey game and the main bedroom had no foundation on the king size bed. Very happy with our recent 10 night stay . We were originally booked into a room with an ajoining door. Unfortunately on the second night there was a lot of noise coming from the next room. The following morning we asked if we could move rooms.. and we were given another room at the back of the hotel... which was lovely and quiet (no noisy neighbours or freeway) and overlooking a river / bayou which had loads of wildlife. The staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay and hotel...

The hotel is ideally situated for all things around Houston. It's conveniently situated to the highway and there's plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. There is a small mall too. The room was a good size, and was comfy. Funny little pillows though! The breakfast was a buffet and for the weekdays there was plenty. At the weekend though, it was a different story. The hostess was miserable, and when I asked for a yoghurt for my 3yr old daughter, I was told "None left; come back tomorrow" but...
