"Half of the amenities that made it any different from a hotel or a rental that’s 60 cheaper isn’t there. It was a flat out lie. There was no “kitchenette”, walls with weird stains on them, strange smelling bath towels, no shower curtain, and an AC that wouldn't adjust. "When we first walked in, the room smelled off…almost like dog pee or feet. We were rushing to the baseball game, so we didn’t think much of it. When we came back 6.5 hours later, the smell was still there and the pillows smelled mildewy. We were too exhausted to complain. "The amenities were all under construction. Ice machine only works on the 1st floor. If you order food or anything from DD, Uber, Walmart, etc they have you pick it up in the lobby. One order that was delayed until the next day, managed to make it up to my door and they sent me the picture of it but I wasnt there to pick it up. By the time I got there, someone stole it. There were alot of screaming babies so Im sure they needed it more than I. Alot of people live there so there are kids in the hallways all the time. The rooms are nice The shower heads suck. It comes with a kitchen, but there isnt any utensils or anything to cook with"
