It was easy to check in/out. Very friendly staff.
But because it's an airport hotel, breakfast should start earlier for those who are flying early in the morning.

Convenient for the airport. Decor was pleasant, and room was as you’d expect.
Otherwise, poor food - actually, inedible. We had macaroni cheese, which was barely warm; Club sandwich with undercooked bacon; and chips. What can go wrong with chips? You might wonder, but they managed it. I’ve never left chips before.
For an overnight stay before an early flight, did everything it says on the tin. Room was clean, comfortable and silent! 12 minute walk to the airport.
This hotel was clean and comfortable and perfectly located for my purposes, namely catching a very early flight from the Airport. Special mention must be made of the staff, all of whom were friendly, polite and extremely helpful. There was nothing not to like!

The hotel was good enough - except that I was given the key to somebody else’s room and walked in on a naked woman. That was after walking past a broken lift with staff trying to take care of people trapped in it…
Nice rooms. Staff need more friendliness. Would be great to offer airport shuttles to the terminals at least for those needing special assistance e.g. elderly won wait list for surgery on bad knees.
I stay in a lot of airport hotels and because of their transient nature the staff can be very impersonal but the staff on shift the night I stayed could not have been more helpful and kind . Ivy holiday starts with the hotel stay before flights and I felt relaxed and comfortable because of the personable staff. Brilliant

Decent hotel to stay in if you’re looking to just enjoy for one night while if you have an early morning flight or a late night flight at London Luton. Great location! Dont look to stay for more than two nights.
It was great for what we wanted, a cheap stopover for a flight the day after.
Food was good and it was clean and quiet, couldn't have gone out anyway as after all it is Luton, but thats not their fault.
Great location, great price. Maybe not the best place for more than a night.
Was a bit too warm inside as the ac doesnt do much being located above the exit door and the hot water shower had no pressure so was quite difficult to get a good shower and rest.
My room door was opened twice before 0930 in the morning by what I can assume was contractors. After the first one opened the door, he was on the phone or speaking to someone very loudly in the corridor outside of my room. About 50 minutes later, my door was opened again, by a woman who was with the contractor. This really disturbed my morning and the point of the hotel was to get some rest before a travel day. The first time the door was opened was about 0840 and this isn't good enough.
No heating in the room. It was very cold and it was a cold night outside.

Lovely welcome from reception team ,perfect location walking distance from the airport.Standard rooms as expected from this chain but the mattress around the side and carpet needs deep clean ! Also door to toilet wouldn’t close without a force .
A budget hotel, but little effort appears to be made even to get up to budget standard. Depressing place frankly.
