The lady who checked us in was awesome wish I could remember her name. The lady Samantha who checked us out was great. My problem is I called front desk at 11:50 p.m.when we got back to the room on Saturday the 25th.tired and hungry and our room smelt so horrible. Like backed up sewage. When I called front office I was addressed as yes sorry hold on sir. I'm a women. When I told her she said hold on we will move you! I was like ok i have been out on the heat for 11 hours I don't want to pack everything up and move. Twice I told her what room when she came back on tried to say thank you for calling and realized it was still me and said sir your 209 right and didn't let me answer put me on hold again. I think it was like 10 min for the call. Well it disconnected us. She never called back NOTHING! so we had to smell that all night long while eating and sleeping!

We had a great stay at Landing Tampa Westshore. The unit was a spacious two-bedroom, two-bathroom with a full kitchen, which made our visit very comfortable and convenient. The location is excellent, close to everything we needed, from dining to shopping and local attractions. The instructions provided to us prior to check-in were very clear and concise, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Overall, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again and will be recommending it to my friends.

The hotel is showing its' age but it was clean and the front desk staff was very helpful. If you are going to an event at the Straz you can't get a better location.

Is great property but be very careful on location of unit. The external doors are very loud when they open and close and if you are close it will disturb you thru night. Everything else was so great though. That was really our only complaint. I highly recommend it, just pay attention to location of unit.

The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. I felt that the hotel charges for everything. They had ballet parking but it is $45 each night once your car is parked. They offer free breakfast voucher at the hotel
