"The house is a clean, fun and cozy place to lay your head. Lots of nooks and cranny’s tucked with entertainment and retreat. Great selection of movies, books and board games come with the house. The kids (young and old alike) enjoyed the foosball and basketball in the basement. We all enjoyed the fire pit! Plenty of kitchen utensils so that we could have Thanksgiving in August. We also took advantage of the community center pool and bar which was a hit with everyone. Right behind that was a quaint little pond for swimming and fishing - catfish were aplenty! We had a rainy day and made good use of the nearby vintage arcade and candy shop - Squiggles - a place not to missed if you miss the days of Frogger, Qbert and Pac-Man!Joshua made communication fast and friendly for the few questions I had. The only thing I would add or change would be for the house rules to be typed up somewhere on the premises. I’m a rule follower and I love a good rule book!I hope to return again and enjoy this sweet escape!Nina and Family"

The setting is gorgeous—we spent most of our time hanging out on the amazing porch taking in the views.Everyone slept great, and spending the day down in the Mad River with direct access right from the property was a huge highlight. The woods around the house were awesome to explore, and wrapping up the days in the hot tub after a big family dinner made it the perfect getaway.Would love to come back again!"
