Walk to restaurants, Canal, boardwalk, marina, bike path and the Village of Sandwich. The property has a reverse floor plan to take advantage of the magnificent ocean views. The first floor includes 2 Bedrooms, full bath and a separate laundry room. The 2nd floor features an open Kitchen/Living/Dining space, with an extra half bath. From the 2nd floor you can access the upper level deck, an ideal location to watch the ships come and go through the Cape Cod Canal. The Primary Suite, comprised of two rooms and a private full Bath, is located on the 3rd floor. The Primary Suite has a King size bed, and the sitting area offers a rattan sofa and chair set, as well as 2 Twin beds. From this level there is a full view glass door on the ocean side of the house that leads to a small exterior balcony. The outdoor enclosed shower is great for rinsing off after the beach!
