Bring the family and come explore what the Cape has to offer, and book this entire 2 Bed 2 Bath house for your stay. This house is newer, built in the fall of 2016, and has been very well cared for, and I would like to share it with you! Location Situated off exit 2, It has a great location as it is convenient not only the Sagamore bridge for a quick exit, but to the center of Sandwich, as well as Hyannis. 5 minutes from a large grocery store, and numerous restaurants serving local fare. You have the lovely fresh water Spectacle Pond at the end of my road with public access, as well as a 10 minute drive to East Sandwich Beach and Town Neck Beach. The property is less than 20 minutes from the Hyannis, as well as 20 minutes from the Sagamore Bridge. About the Property This is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom house with about 1900 square feet of living space. Both bedrooms are very large with plenty of closet space. The house was well cared for, very clean, and well appointed. Very comfortable beds and quiet neighborhood. The local traffic in Sandwich was much lighter than other Cape Cod locations we have stayed making it easy to get round. Plenty of restaurants within a few miles. We enjoyed fishing at the pond in the neighborhood. Michael was a great host and kept in touch prior to and during our stay. The trip was the most relaxed weeks I have spent on the Cape. I bet Michael runs a pretty tight ship and his house is no different - it was meticulously clean, well-stocked and accurately described! The beds were comfy, bathrooms sparkly clean, the sheets were okay and the outdoor space was wonderful! We especially appreciated having the use of the washer and dryer after a few days at the beach and fishing. This was close enough to make drop off easy without being in the middle of the choas! We have small children so the yard was great for them to run around in. The house had everything we needed and was clean! We definitely are keeping this house on our travel list as we travel north yearly. The house is in a quiet and lovely neighborhood. Unfortunately it rained most of the weekend, so we weren’t able to enjoy the backyard which had a nice seating area with a fire pit. The house was well stocked with a great kitchen and a really comfy living room. Michael is an excellent host - he responded very quickly to any questions we had. It still has new car smell. We chose the location due to how close it is to my family home in the same neighborhood who we were visiting for the first time since pre-pandemic. We could not have been happier with the condition of the home, the big yard, the fire pit. The HUGE tv’s, did I mention HUGE, my wife even said I think we need to buy a bigger TV when we get home after how big these TV’s are. Our son got to watch YouTube which is his thing. Each night we walked around the neighborhood and looked at Christmas lights. During the day all the neighbors would wave and say hi. We only used the toaster and Keurig and fridge but the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook and eat with. Michael was in touch with us before during and after the stay, always being helpful and checking in with us. He was a fantastic host and we would love to stay in his house again. We even discussed seeing if Michael would be interested in selling the house to us…….. ##### sean p.
