This newly updated 3 Bedroom contemporary beach house is one of the nicest homes in the beautiful Town Neck Beach neighborhood of Sandwich, just a short distance to the beach, kayaking, swimming, and long summer days playing outdoors. You can walk right down the road to the Tree House Brewery, Seafood Sam's, Fisherman's View, the public beach or the Sandwich Boardwalk. There are plenty of great restaurants in the area less than a mile away! The main level features an open floor plan with a brand new kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a spacious island for congregating at meal times, and a great breakfast nook for cozy, late-morning breakfasts. A grand living room, with comfy sectional and views onto the deck, a full bathroom, and a bunk room that sleeps 4 complete the main level.
