Excellent property in a great location for Sandringham and the Bayarea. Very clean and checkin process was very smooth. Well serviced apartment with everything you could need for an extended stay. Access to the gym and pool was also great. Would recommend as a great base to explore the Bay Area and transport links into Melbourne easily accessible…

Loved our stay here! Very clean, safe and a great location. Access to pool was a plus. Kitchen had everything we needed to make family meals and being located across from an IGA was super helpful. Staff was very nice and courteous as well! Would highly recommend and will stay again if we are in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Apartments. Friendly, efficient staff on front desk and very friendly cleaning staff. Apartment was spacious, clean and well set up with everything you could possibly need. All the written communications ( entry and exit) were well written. The little IGA store just across the drive was very convenient and well stocked, also with friendly staff. The swimming pool, sauna and gym were all excellent. We would definitely stay again.

It’s isolated in between 2 villages; Sandringham and Black Rock, the closer being Sandringham but it’s not a walk. This location struck us as good for people visiting friends and/or family close by. Not so much for tourists.

Stay at these apartments 2 or 3 times a year. Well- appointed with everything you need and always very clean. Plenty of eating and shopping options nearby. Secure underground carpark.

Great quiet location (no train lines nearby like some other reviews said and you can’t hear them). Friendly staff. Easy check in and check out. Only issue we had was not enough toilet paper in our room for our stay.

We enjoyed the apartment but were disappointed that we couldn’t use the the swimming pool despite Covid restrictions easing. We had booked on the basis that we would be able to swim.
