Pictures are accurate, it's a comfortable place to stay, beautiful view of the river, close in to downtown, etc. The only negatives were the check-in process, and getting a door code that would consistently work. Trying to take photos of my drivers license in the dark with my cell phone, to prove my identity was challenging (especially with the new driver's license design with all the holograms!) Multiple attempts before it would accept the image. The building is a little run down as our unit was too but not a deal breaker. It was clean and functional for all purposes of exploring and visiting Sandpoint. It served us well. ##### dustin b. Thank goodness the weather cooled off while we were there. But it could have been brutal if the weather hadn’t of cooled. Lovely to look at the water and the geese. And the home was dirty, windows especially so, lights flickering and the cushions on the living room chairs need replacing. Odd mixture of dishes (no cereal bowls for instance) and servingware. Couch did not smell bad. Traffic noise and a loud pump noise within the building that goes off intermittently.
