House was great. Great location great amenities. A few house damages but they were minor. I just made sure to document upon entry so it wasn’t traced to us. Lots of dishes and cooking supplies that made it easy for everything we had to bring to cook for a large family stay. Host were responsive and could not say anything but great things about the experience.

A bathroom in every bedroom was so very much appreciated by the 6 adults on this trip. The place was clean. The location couldn’t be better. It truly is ski in/ski out. It’s also an easy walk to the village. The property manager was very responsive when we had an issue with the hot tub. The kitchen could use a more comprehensive set of glassware (enough wine glasses for 4-6 would be nice). The grill could be replaced - we had a steak night and the grill is on its last legs.
The condo was just as advertised. Furniture was great, beds were acceptable. The greatest asset was the ski-in/ski-out. Many boast this perk, but we literally walked out the back door, put on skis, and skied down to the base. You have to pole a bit or take the skis off and walk the 10 yards to the lift, but it was very convenient. You can ski right back to the condo steps where you started, though finding the trail is a bit challenging. Overall, I highly recommend this place. Oh yeah, the mountain and skiing were fantastic! Great mountain mgmt! Even without much snow, the runs were great. I highly, highly recommend the mountain!
Worked great for our two families of 5. Everyone had plenty of space to sleep and hang out. The storage at the back door was great for keeping your gear ready to ski right to the lifts. Well stocked kitchen and we were able to eat in most nights. The restaurants in the village close soon after the lifts quit running, so be prepared with all the food you might need as the market doesn’t have a lot to offer and it’s quite a drive down to the store in Sandpoint.
We all felt that the beds were too firm and the pillows were old and thin. Overall we slept okay and everyone had a bed, so I guess that’s what matters most. Big plus was every room having its own bathroom.
We loved the home and had a great, comfortable stay. The kitchen was well appointed and we cook every meal so that was key. The living space was cozy and perfect for our party of 8 and even when we had local friends join in for dinner. Thank you!
The home was perfect for our family including our 18 month-old! Very comfortable home with lots of great amenities and loved the bathroom for every bedroom :-) We especially loved the proximity to the village and the ski lifts, just a short few minute walk to everything!
We have rented here multiple times. The location is everything with three little kids. Close to the lodge, easy ski in/ski out. The only negatives I would say are: the beds and furniture is very uncomfortable. And the cookware/kitchen tools needs to be updated. If you can look past that, the place is great.

Great long weekend
We had a group of 8/four couples and each room had its own full bathroom which was great! It was a really hot weekend in Sandpoint and so nice riding up the hill and having the temperature cool down once at the top since we were all on motorcycles. Be aware that there is wildlife along that road and to drive carefully. We saw deer, a couple moose and a bear crossing the road!
The place has everything you could need to cook but we mostly ate out and just did breakfast there.
Didn’t notice that they don’t provide a hair dryer so make sure to bring one along if needed. We picked one up from Walmart. The hot tub was a great early morning treat as well!
They had a few games and a couple puzzles which we spent some time putting one together only to find there were 8 pieces missing! But we had fun working on it together.
After our first night the water heater stopped working and when we called about it they were able to send someone out within a few hours to fix it.
We would definitely stay here again if in the area!

Don't plan on the hot tub or Vacasa customer service
The home is nice, and the ski-in/ski-out access is amazing. However, I received a call the morning of my check-in day informing me that the hot tub was not working and would not be working for the first 4 days of my stay. They only gave me a $90/day refund despite the fact that there were comparable rentals with ski-in/ski-out access but without a hot tub for around $500/day less than what I paid. I should add that I only got the $90/day refund after calling Vacasa customer service for ~5 hours straight, as initially they only offered me a $50/day refund. In the end, they weren't able to fix the hot tub at all during my stay, and the customer service experience was extremely frustrating. Do not book this home (or any Vacasa-managed rental) if you are planning on the hot tub or any other amenity aside from the home itself.

Ski In-Ski Out Awesome Location
Having stayed at a Pinnacle Ridge Property in the past only increased our anticipation to staying at another property in that part of Schweitzer. As a family, we are very familiar with the area, having in the past owned a condo, skied there at every opportunity and enjoyed exploring other properties after we sold our unit.
This property checks so many boxes of what makes it a truly unique and desirable place to enjoy your time at Schweitzer. First off, the gently sloped ski trail access is just 1 step off the back deck to glide down to the village and all the lifts. You can ski back PR#2 by way of taking the Basin Express from the village back up the slopes to make getting back to your home via the groomed slopes and ski trails servicing the on-slope homes such as Pinnacle Ridge. It's the long route, and the walk back from the village is only 5-10 minutes and not difficult if you don't mind walking at the end of the day or if you've just gone down to shop or grab a beer at Pucci's. We walked back most of the time and it was not a big deal.
Pinnacle Ridge #2 has everything you need for a men's group, 4 bedrooms with dedicated bathrooms, or large family and group gatherings. The living room is spacious for 8-12 people, after that there are places to spread out a bit, as we used the dinette by the pantry for our Puzzle building area, the large 6-8 person dining table for meals, and felt very comfortable.
The bathrooms all worked out great, the beds are reasonably comfortable, the unit itself is decorated in an eclectic, mushroomy, but happy way. There is a very nice older sound system that suited our needs perfectly, just bring a USB to iPhone, plug it in, find the input source and pow, great sounds. The TV was not a priority and all but the Great Room a in dire need of ugrades, after all, smart tv's in the 32" variety are cheap and would satisfy all those with a basic knowledge of casting to not lament over the useless Wifi the whole Schweitzer Mountain is stuck with. 5 mb download speeds doesn't really lend itself to gaming or streaming anything, in fact email by more than one person at a time was a challenge.
The hot tub is really a two person, or two couples that really like being close to each other set up. It's clean and on the back deck so you have constant entertainment of all the snow traffic just off the deck, not a bad thing, but not private even though it's private; if you know what I mean.
The kitchen had everything, except a sharp knife. Lots of thoughtful items, pots big enough for a huge chile dinner, dishes galore, plenty of glasses and silverware, but if you want a sharp carving knife and are driving here, bring one. The oven and range worked flawlessly, the dishwasher got things clean and the sink/disposal all were working fine. The sink lav is old, cheap, leaks and is an eyesore. Costco has plenty of easy to do Lav do overs that would enhance the sink/kitchen area under $300.

Great location.
This home was clean and spacious. Perfect location for ski in and ski out. My only gripe was the quite expensive host fees as well as I rented through Vrbo not directly through Vacasa. Which was an addition $482 service fee from Vrbo. It all added up to almost $1600 in fees and tax. A little excessive in my opinion but that didn’t take away from the quality of the home and our stay. None of that would stop me from staying there again. I would just be sure to book directly through Vacasa next time.

Wedding weekend
Location, hot tub, and each bedroom had a bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with essentials.
Great ski in ski out property. About 200 yards down the path to the base area. Condo was well stocked with cooking utensils. We ate in almost every night. There is very little at the base area for dining. We had a good meal at the Chimney Rock one night.
Bedrooms were very nice. Comfy beds and each one has a bath. Hot tub was very nice too.
Highly recommend this place.
Nice clean place to stay. Back door was right off of a ski path so you could ski in and out of the house. Great location and could easily handle 4 couples. Nice large living area for us to all hang out. Hot tub was a bonus after a day of skiing. Will stay here again.
We loved this house. Fantastic location at the ski area. True ski-in/ski-out from the front door. Kitchen was super clean and well-stocked. Property management was great and communication was first rate.
