Located in South Sandpoint - this poolside unit with a partial lake view is just a 5 minute walk or bike ride to City Beach and the many fabulous downtown restaurants, yoga studios, breweries, coffee roasters, boutiques, wineries, bars, and more. The Space: Leap into the lake or cast your line right off the dock, jump into one of the complex's two pools (just 40' from the condo's patio), take the kayaks out for a calm dawn or evening sunset paddle... May I make a couple of suggestions; the mattress was wonderful,the pillows were not. They were flat & had no support. When I saw the listed amenities on this property, AC, was vital. It should have stated that there was a portable AC unit in the living room only, bedroom was warm even w/ ceiling fan. Badly needed is improved quality window coverings in bedroom, this would provide increased security & privacy. Perfect jumping off spot for all that Sandpoint has to offer. 10 minute walk to town and 30 minutes to Schweitzer ski resort. The condo is completely renovated and is better then the photos.
