Clean, comfortable and spacious. Within walking distance of downtown and numerous restaurants. In spite of a small plumbing hiccup, we had a wonderful stay. The property management folks did everything they could to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Had a wonderful stay, wish the bicycles were there as listed, but other than that it was great. So clean. Well maintained property. We will be using this property again for sure.
This is the second time we stayed in this home. The first time was 10 years ago. It was nice then and nice this time too. It is well furnished and equipped. It’s located in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to downtown. Very enjoyable.
This Lake Street house is warm and inviting. The house is very clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable, and the house has just about everything and anything you would need on your vacation. The Dougherty Management staff is friendly, professional, and very responsive to any concerns you may have.
The house is within walking distance to nearly all of the local businesses including restaurants.
I plan on staying here again on my next vacation!
Among the tall maple trees is a small looking cottage, but with in this cottage is a castle in disguise. This quaint real hard wood floor home is very comfortable and roomy for the whole family including guests. It flows nicely and is bigger than it looks from the outside. The back yard greenery with the tall trees making a canopy over some of the large yard was pure serenity. We are grateful it was available and would recommend it to everyone!

Great location and the house was perfect for a long weekend stay.
We liked it's location. As a person who used to live in Sandpoint I knew we wanted to stay somewhere we could walk easily. And this was great for that.
Great location. Walking distance to just about everything. Home was very clean and upgraded with all the amenities. Would highly recommend and will stay again.
We had a great time in Sandpoint and on the mountain! This home and the location was advantageous to our activities. We also enjoyed the spot given some of our close friends lived a few blocks away!
The home was clean and informing on expectations for our time there. Communication was clear and as frequent as needed.
Everything was what was on the web site. The front door steps were a little hard for my elderly folks and could have helped to have a handrail. The moose was a unique experience to have in the yard. Would recommend to others.
Nice small home just a few blocks from downtown Sandpoint. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping and services. Bedrooms were reasonable size and bathrooms were clean and modern. We used it only as home base for our visit and did not use the kitchen or laundry but all needs were there if we needed. The property management was efficient and responsive and check in and checkout was very easy. Highly recommend this rental.
This property is in a perfect location if you want to be able to walk anywhere in downtown Sandpoint! It is a small house in a quiet neighborhood only two blocks from downtown. It is comfortably furnished, very clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. Although it's an older house, it's mostly updated and has two very nice full bathrooms.
The property management company keeps in touch efficiently and responds quickly to any questions. The home has numerous instruction signs in frames throughout the house. While most were helpful, there were a few too many. Check-in and check-out instructions were concise and didn't ask too much. Will rent again if coming to Sandpoint!
The house was perfect in every way for what we needed. The crawling baby cleaned up a decent bit of dog hair for the next round of visitors, but may have left a cheerio or two that we didn’t find.
From the outside it doesn't look like much but it is a diamond inside! We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. The PM company is the best. We had one small issue.. smoke alarm was beeping and they were on it in no time. They never ignored my txt when I needed infor.ation. top notch company with great customer service. Oh, and did I mention how awesome the house was! Beds... awesome! Decor....awesome! Kitchen supplies...awesome. The remodel They did here...awesome!

This is a great location in South Sandpoint. Lots of restaurants and the beach bridge in easy walking distance. However VRBO listed the following amenities that were absent from the property: fireplace, pool table and workout equipment. Otherwise as described.
