This quaint real hard wood floor home is very comfortable and roomy for the whole family including guests. It flows nicely and is bigger than it looks from the outside. It is a small house in a quiet neighborhood only two blocks from downtown. It is comfortably furnished, very clean, and has a well-equipped kitchen. Although it's an older house, it's mostly updated and has two very nice full bathrooms. The property management company keeps in touch efficiently and responds quickly to any questions. The home has numerous instruction signs in frames throughout the house. While most were helpful, there were a few too many. Check-in and check-out instructions were concise and didn't ask too much. From the outside it doesn't look like much but it is a diamond inside! We loved our stay and would go back in a heartbeat. The PM company is the best. We had one small issue.. smoke alarm was beeping and they were on it in no time. They never ignored my txt when I needed infor.ation. top notch company with great customer service. Oh, and did I mention how awesome the house was! Beds... awesome! Decor....awesome! Kitchen supplies...awesome. The remodel They did here...awesome! This is a great location in South Sandpoint. Lots of restaurants and the beach bridge in easy walking distance.
