Very functional layout, which makes it feel more spacious than the square footage would otherwise indicate. Comfotable eating nook and small balcany offer great views of the marina, so you can watch all the boats come and go from Sand Creek into the lake. The unit was adequately stocked with essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, dish & hand soap, laundry detergent pods, coffee filters, basic condiments, etc. The beds were VERY comfortable and our 7 yo twins loved the generously-sized bunk bed. It's a "3rd floor" unit (out of 4), but only requires one flight of stairs due to the building's slope. There's also an elevator, but we rarely used it. The location was within walking distance of a number of restaurants, breweries, and coffee shops in Sandpoint. The unit was up to date, well-maintained, and clean. I was even able to purchase my Schweitzer lift tickets directly through the management company. I would definitely stay here again! ##### Paul G.
