Unit was quite comfortable. Calling it ski-in/out is a stretch. Would recomend a non-slip mat for the bath tub. Perhaps written specifics about location of ski storage, laundry, keys somewhere posted would be helpful. We found and put on fresher linens from the closet. 6) beds were lumpy, sleep difficult, we left a day early after sleepless nights. Pull-out sofa was a nightmare!! 7) the heating worked well, but the rattling noise was nasty; same with the fridge. 8) we looked and looked for ski lockers and laundry room, there were none. 9) the room was tiny, crowded, not a single chair with a back, only bar stools. Uncomfortable!! Overall, we'll never be back to this one. ##### Leda C.
