The owners allowed us to check-in 2 hours early which was extremely helpful as we had a wedding rehearsal to get ready for. The house was clean and the A/C worked perfectly. The location is good as it is just a few minutes away from downtown. We used the gas BBQ. The outside of it was pretty dirty but worked perfectly. It was nice having a 2 car garage. If I were to offer one suggestion, it would be to change the showerheads to something with a less forceful spray. All agreed it was painful if the water hit you in the face or other sensitive areas. The townhouse was extremely clean, beds comfortable, all kitchen supplies available, had laundry detergent and most necessities required for a weekly stay. On the downside-incorrect address supplied which caused confusion and delayed checkin. Owner was non-resonsive and we ended up on phone with VRBO rep for over 1 hour. We ended up in another unit. Coffee maker was broke-so mornings required a coffee run each day(not ideal). TV's were difficult to get working as expected. No checkin instructions provided which would have helped. We rented it for a ski trip to Schweitzer for New Years. The beds are comfortable and have great bedding. The towels are plush and nice. There are nice amenities in the bathrooms as well. It is also very conveniently located to restaurants and stores in Sandpoint. It is spacious enough for my family of 6 with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. It could use to have a few more dishes and cutlery. It was a little bit of a struggle with my family of 6 to be able to not have to wash dishes more than once a day without running out of cups or bowls. ##### Noah T.
